GLOW (BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu blend) protocol

GLOW is a mix of three peptides in one 70 mg vial: GHK-Cu, TB-500 and BPC-157. We found no human study of this mix, and little or no human data on each part when injected.

The protocol at a glance

There is no human dose for the blend. If the vial is made as 50 mg GHK-Cu plus 10 mg each of TB-500 and BPC-157, every 1 mg of powder holds about 714 mcg GHK-Cu and 143 mcg of each of the others.

Per 1 mg of powder (70 mg vial)About 714 mcg GHK-Cu, 143 mcg TB-500, 143 mcg BPC-157

The per-milligram split is our arithmetic from the stated 50 + 10 + 10 mg mix. It is not a trial or label amount.

Community reports

Community reports commonly describe 1 to 4 mg of the blend a day for 4 to 6 weeks. These are user reports, not trial doses.

What people say they do, collected from community discussions. Not tested in a trial; shown so you can compare it with the evidence above.

Mixing

No mixing table here: this one is used as a capsule, nasal spray or skin product, or has no human amount to calculate from. The general mixing calculator works for any vial.

What the trials found

No human results exist for the blend or for its injected parts:

0human trials of this blend
0completed controlled trials of injected BPC-157 or TB-500
0human studies of injected GHK-Cu found

See the BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu pages for what each part has actually been tested for.

Side effects

  • There is no human safety data for the blend.
  • Mixing three products adds unknowns. Each part has little or no injected human safety data.

How it works

BPC-157 part (animal data)

Rat tendon-cell work suggests effects on cell survival and movement.

TB-500 part (lab data)

Linked to thymosin beta-4, a natural protein tied to cell movement and repair in lab studies.

GHK-Cu part (lab data)

Lab studies point to collagen rebuilding and wound repair; human use so far is on the skin.
